AZ Paint & Animated GIF Editor is a compact Paint program and Animated GIF Editor.
Besides tools and filters for both basic and advanced graphic
factory, AZ Paint implements uncommon capabilities which are mostly
lacking in normal paint programs.

Integrated into AZ Paint is a packed version of active GIF rewriter, geared for utilize by
professionals and hobbyists alike. One may form an active GIF dossier from
scratch or by assembling pre-drawn frames. The functions sweep from withdrawal
to rearrangement, from palette editing to BPP changing, from image enhancing to series
resizing; and from modifying settings to minimizing the dossier size, etc.

The program allows free switching between dissimilar dossier formats such as BMP, JPG,
GIF, PNG, TIFF, TGA, PCX, ICO and CUR. It also retrieves WMF and EMF.
