PCL is software meant for telephone yell logging and recording. PCL can work with any modem supporting CallerID. PCL automatically and secretly records all the information regarding a phone yell including voice to the hard propel. Voice records can be stored as benchmark WAV sound files. Each record is accomplished with yell direction (incoming / past), stretch / year, phone number and yell duration. PCL can work in natural mode when every yell is recorded as affluent as in instructions mode when user clicks a button every stretch to initiate recording.
